1st of April

1st of April is April's Fool. It's also (my roommate) Terence's birthday. Well, since this year a few funny housemates have left the house, it's expected to have no celebration for him this year. However, miracles do happen when you believe... His precious foundation coursemates do remember his birthday and throw a birthday party for him!

So, happy birthday to Terence. And not to forget, happy birthday to Clyap whose birthday is on 2nd of April.

A Visit, A Lesson Learnt

Yesterday, 14/11/09, my ex-housemate, clyap (from PJ campus) paid a visit to me and my roommate.

His motive: to have a refreshing breakfast with us...

Tom Yam Claypot Mee at 228 Coffee Shop~~

and his ulterior motive: to visit the UTAR's new blocks.

He's taking Pictures everywhere!

Excluding me, the block G is sure worthy to behold!!

A Closer Look~

i hate to admit, this photo i was damn handsome!!! hoho...

Isn't the Perak Campus a beautiful place?

From his visit, i can see that he's envying us, the Perak campus students for being able to study in such condusive environment. And this makes me realize that we (Perak campus) have always complained that the Kampar is not good, the food sucks and UTAR policy is bad.... Come to think about it, we may have overlooked these beautiful sides of the Perak campus and Kampar or have already been blinded by those drawbacks. So, i hope that those (including me) who always complained can have a new insight and perspective of Perak Campus as well as Kampar this sleepy town! That's my lesson learnt.

Home Alone in 1360...

Today, 10/14/2009, i'm back to Kampar, New Town, Westlake, 1360! Good news is the 100mbs connection speed is all mine; bad news is i'm all alone in my home or i should say house... i feel so lonely and forlorn...

So this reminds me of the importance and the crucial roles played by our housemates. So have you realized what am i going to blog on this post?? Then, for the thousands in attendance... and for the millions reading at home, let's get ready for my introduction to my housemates (Ex & Present)!!

Without any hesitation, let's back to our main topic... Now, let me induct the hall of famers of 1360...

CLYap is my ex-housemate, who moved to PJ this May 09, he is the face of the future generation broadcaster (he's on Broadcasting course...); he was the most heavy-weight in 1360 next to me... Besides his broadcasting talent, he is also a skilled driver who i refer as "screwdriver" for wrong pronounciation... Evidence, he can do this dumbass face while driving without triggering accident!! Bravo!

LYH is my current housemate who was the roommate of CLYap. Looking at the picture, don't you think he's a little bit like someone?? Did someone flash through your mind? Ya, he looks like Pin Guan (品冠)... But actually, only his spec looks like Pin Guan (don't beat me)... So in conclusion, he is the most decent-looking guy in 1360 (don't beat me, other housemates)...

SooWaiSam, remember, don't pronounce as SoHaiSam! Remember it's SooWaiSam, don't open the Pandora's box! Well, Sam is equipped with a very bad mouth, the words he spewed (especially to me) is extremely poisonous and acidic... Also, he's my ex-housemate who moved to Setapak in persuing Mechanical Engineering Bac. Degree this May 09...

Last but not least, my roommate, Terence... Well, nothing much to say, just like he got nothing much to say usually... He's such a quiet individual who may hide his feelings from others. No matter what, he is MY roommate! Look at the picture, we both smiled like children, happy and carefree...

So, combining 3 from Ipoh and 2 Muarian, you get the 1360 A floor presidents' (oh~ sorry, it's residents') list, and for your info, 5 of us are ranging from foundation stream A -E (Terence - A, CLYap - B, LYH - C, Sam - D and me - E)! We are destined to be housemates!

A Picture Paints a Thousand Words

These few days i was very free... So i was seeking for some meaningful works to do... And one of the meaningful works i've accomplished these few days should be familiar to me and the friends who know me- drawing!! Browsing through my photo and wallpaper gallery, i've drawn a few portraits... Hope you all will like them... And for those who are unluckily & randomly picked by me, please don't sue me^^ Hopefully, i didn't uglicified (not found in dictionary...) you...

OMG Moments (Part 1)

Since the sem 1 has come to an end… let’s look back on some OMG moments of the sem…

First and foremost, the event that transpired on the way to Klinik Kampar… It was a usual Thursday morning where i woke up from my blissful sleep for the coming tutorial at 10.30am… Out of the blue, my pal, Fish who had just met an accident 2 weeks ago, called me… When i answered the call at the nick of time, an aunty was on the phone instead… she said this was from Klinik Bandar Baru, whereby Fish was located… she requested me to come to fetch Fish since his motorbike was still in the workshop at that time (due to the damages caused by the accident)… Without any hesitation, i stormed out of my room with 2 helmets on my hands, heading towards my bike to Fish’s rescue… When i reached there, i was told that Fish’s wound on his lower lip had ruptured again, splitting blood like a fountain… After a short brief by that aunt, i started my engine and rush to the Klinik Kampar that operates at outside the old town on the way to Ipoh (i think…), along with Fish…

On the way, what made me worried the most happened! My bike was inevitably broken down on the half way, again! i tried to call my dad but ended up in an argument (we both are sensitive to this motorbike issue…). After a failed attempt to seek for technical advice from my dad, frowning, i straightly called the Zoom Aik motorbike service… While waiting, i observed Fish’s condition… Though he said he was ok and the wound was not painful, still, the blood kept coming out… The tissue paper (i think) to block the blood was already stained… As a last resort, i took up my mind to try to fix the bike all by myself by changing the plug (that i had never succeeded before…)… And guess what? It worked! The moment i restarted my engine, much to my dismay, the technician reached… As redemption, i paid him some transport fee and bought the new plug that he had brought as my spare part…

With twists and turns, we had finally reached our final destination… And now Fish is in one piece… Here’s the video i recorded in the hospital (just in case my tutor asked me why i don’t attend the class…)…
